Hi! I'm Nicole! I am the Auntie of Auntie's Rhubarb Factory.  Our family has long loved rhubarb dishes, and I've taken the role of "crisp connoisseur" and baker.  I also love making my home canned salsas, sauces and fruits every year.

As I get asked more and more to make my goodies for everyone, and I've decided it's time to make them available to anyone! I am excited to be able to spend time doing something I love and to be able to share it with all of you!

 

I am getting started in making plenty of goodies that will be available at different times, based on my availability and the availability of supplies... like homegrown tomatoes and strawberries!
